Hi, I’m Sarah Natsumi Moore

Hi!

Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than fifteen years working as a commercial photographer. While I've always had a deep love for the visual arts, photography was only one part of my story. Behind the scenes, I was endlessly fascinated by psychology and human development. I spent years reading, attending workshops and trainings, exploring meditation and personal growth practices, and trying to understand what helps people heal, change, and thrive.

As a third-culture and bicultural person myself, I am especially drawn to working with expats and others navigating questions of belonging, cultural identity, and home. I also work with creatives, entrepreneurs, and neurodivergent adults seeking practical support for ADHD, as well as individuals healing from codependency, attachment wounds, and relational patterns that contribute to heartbreak, relationship difficulties, and divorce.

My work is influenced by existential therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and experiential approaches that help move insight from the head into lived experience.

I work with warmth, directness, and genuine curiosity, bringing both clinical expertise and lived experience to the room. Together, we'll explore not only how to reduce suffering, but how to create a life that feels meaningful, connected, creative, and fully alive.
