• Create a more compassionate relationship with yourself and all that you carry.
• Build a life that feels more authentic, meaningful, and aligned with who you are becoming.
YOU'RE HERE BECAUSE...
Something in your life is asking for your attention.
Maybe you're moving through a major transition. Maybe a relationship has changed, a career no longer feels aligned, or you're questioning what comes next. Perhaps you're grieving, starting over, or simply feeling a growing sense that the life you've built no longer fits the way it once did.
Whatever brings you here, therapy offers a space to slow down, listen more deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.

My Approach
-
IFS is based on the idea that we all contain different parts of ourselves.
There may be a part of you that strives, achieves, and keeps everything together. Another part may feel anxious, overwhelmed, critical, or afraid. Rather than trying to get rid of these parts, we learn to understand them with curiosity and compassion.
IFS helps us develop a deeper relationship with ourselves and creates space for healing, clarity, and lasting change.
-
At some point, most of us encounter questions that can't be solved with a simple checklist or quick fix.
Who am I? What matters most? What do I want my life to stand for? How do I navigate uncertainty, loss, freedom, and change?
Existential therapy creates space for these conversations. Together, we explore the deeper questions of meaning, purpose, identity, and what it means to live authentically in an imperfect world.
-
Many of us spend our lives reacting automatically to old patterns, beliefs, and fears without realizing it.
Mindfulness helps us slow down and notice what's happening beneath the surface. As awareness grows, so does choice.
This work can help you feel more grounded, present, and connected to yourself, especially during periods of transition or uncertainty.
-
Our earliest relationships shape the ways we connect with others, navigate conflict, ask for what we need, and experience closeness.
You may find yourself repeating familiar patterns in relationships, struggling with boundaries, fearing abandonment, avoiding vulnerability, or feeling stuck between wanting connection and protecting yourself from hurt.
Together, we'll explore these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment, helping you better understand your relationship to yourself and others. As awareness grows, new possibilities for connection, trust, and intimacy can emerge.
How it works
-
Send me a message through my contact page and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
-
Once we get connected, we’ll schedule a brief consultation call where I can learn more about what you’re looking for, answer any questions, and determine whether we’d be a good fit.
-
If we both decide to move forward, we’ll schedule a first session. Sessions are typically 50 minutes, and I currently offer online therapy.
-
My current rate for individuals is $125 per 50 minute session.
I do not accept insurance directly, but I’m happy to provide a superbill (receipt) you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement this way. You may also use HSA/FSA funds to pay for therapy sessions.
